Owner and Director, Mark Antony (Bridge) began his career in property back in 2004. Through buying, selling, letting and managing properties, Mark quickly grew a passion for the industry and built a successful business model. Despite the challenging economic climate over the years, the business grew from strength to strength and in 2015, Mark decided to take his venture a step further. With the help of a life-long friend, he created the 'Mark Antony Estates' brand and opened a state-of-the-art estate agency in the heart of Stockton Heath Village. For Mark, a key driver for establishing the business was to offer his professional expertise to local residents, homebuyers and tenants. Mark still works by this primary goal to deliver on promises and achieve outstanding results for our clients. Along with his team, he continues to develop the business and refine his unrivalled service, never to be out-serviced by a competitor and to stay at the forefront of estate agency for the benefit of his customers.

As an independent, family managed estate agency, we have a free hand to put our clients at the heart of everything we do. There are no targets set by out of town directors, no high profit expectations and no overpowering shareholders. Our independence enables us to take a genuine client first approach. If something doesn't work, we fix it. If something could be better, we change it. If our customers have any concerns, we help and advise. By always striving to exceed expectations, our team ensures every process runs as smoothly as possible. At Mark Antony Estates, we also take a digital first approach, helping to make the customer journey more efficient and enjoyable. Although we still make full use of traditional methods, our branches are equipped with the latest CRM systems, touch-screen displays and virtual reality headsets to showcase our properties. Whilst embracing our digital technology, we still believe that personal interaction is key and always endeavour to build great relationships with our clients. This is because we understand that moving home is an important step and something that can be particularly emotional. We are therefore always on-hand for our clients every step of the way, offering support and advice to make the process as stress-free as possible.
