"We were looking to relocate from Warrington to Yorkshire and needed to sell our 3 bedroom town centre house. We had a few different estate agents to look at the house. Mark Antony were not the cheapest but definitely struck us as being the best value for money. Their photography in particular seemed of a higher quality than their competitors. We recieved lots of interest as soon as the house was listed and in about 2 weeks had accepted an offer. Mark Antony's sales progression team have been incredibly helpful guiding us and nudging the other parties into getting the contracts exchanged. Not the cheapest but a good price for a high quality service. I would recommend Mark Antony and already have to a colleague who is currently selling his house in Croft."
